It's fake. Apart from the visual flaws, there are 2 problems here:

Adam and Jamie are not friends. They were strictly colleagues, albeit with a lot of respect for each other.
According to Adam, Jamie hated the white dress shirts. It was something he picked at the very start of the show, not thinking through how annoying they would be to keep clean, and just stuck with through the end begrudgingly.

If you look, it feels almost Pixar like. Very smooth. It just feels like a render... But again, very hard to tell especially when actual photos often go through filters.

Again, leaning into just this would've been seen more online and there's no lineage.

Yeah Adam has said over and over that because they started out as Boss/Employee they weren't ever really close friends more like work colleagues that had a lot of mutual respect but could get on each others nerves too much to do more then have lunch together every few months to catch up.
