How can I stop my neighbors stealing and taking in parcels?

I've had these new neighbors move in on the estate about 6 months ago. And they've got the same number on there door but are on the street down from us, and our delivery goes to them 2/10 times they've opened them up to look through, eaten the take aways, the police haven't done nothing when they've opened parcels and gifts, so I'm just wondering if there's any creative ways to get back at them.
Plus they are smackheads

The sender can complain to the police that their property has been stolen. The police will do nothing, other than potentially giving them a crime reference number "for insurance".

Get a house number plaque with you street name on. Won't be perfect, but delivery people often do the same patch.

I've already got one, cheers though

Deliver to a local shop or parcel locker

You can adjust your delivery instructions.

Complain to the delivery company. That’s all you can do. Unfortunately far too many delivery drivers are utterly incompetent.
