I want to hire 100k programmers and create the first tech giant startup

I feel like people really limit themselves and they need to understand the concept of scale and instead of settling on something small you can go for something big.
A lot of programmers are getting laid off and the tech space is in an interesting spot with the rise of AI. So I thought with all the tech layoffs why not make something positive out of it? I want to hire 100k programmers and create a tech giant to rival Microsoft, google, Amazon etc. this would be the first tech giant startup. Instead of being overly humble and self deprecating and thinking startups can only be small I will instead create the biggest and best startup ever.
I would love to hire 100k+ programmers and get this thing going. What does everyone think?

Hire. Without pay XD

perks of startups: sell a vision to gullible recent graduates and pay them in stock options you swear will be worth millions down the line.

1/100k of the company? XD

why limit at programmers? why not hire 100.000 hookers and the build the largest brothel in the world .
Or 100,000 plumbers ?
Or 100,000 plane pilots ?
You can build Monopoly after Monopoly my friend.
Good luck !!

Things that feel line a bot wrote them but I can't understand why
LagOps91@reddit
pretty sure it's not a bot. ai would have given us something more realistic and coherent.

That's a completely absurd idea. The sheer amount of funding needed, finding the right people, properly organizing it, actually getting the hardware infrastructure required... it's lunacy. Unless you would somehow unironically deliver AGI, you would go bankrupt.
The tech giants can afford sky-high budgets and top tier talent to work on ai because they are already giants. they already have tech infrastructure, stable income streams etc.
Additionally, having a huge amount of programmers (100k? wtf?!?!) working on... what exactly? Have you ever been in an actual software development team? Huge projects fail with near certainty since everything slows to a crawl due to management and planning overhead. you just don't get anything done. Great things can be done with small teams and throwing money at the wall is sure to fail.

I will hire ALL programmers of the world including the 100k you wanna hire, so your startup will be destroyed, alongside of all tech giants. Then with my mega tech giant corporation ALL of humanity will be saved and used by me to advance civilization to its fullest potential. So my questions is do YOU wanna get hired by me?

In US, loaded cost will be about $150 - 300k / head / yr, so you need a $15B seed round for 18 months. That’s 15B raised, not 15B valuation. But actually, assume it will cost you 3x that because the cost of growth goes up the faster you try to grow. Then 2x that again because executives and managers capable of pulling off that scale of fundraising and hiring are very expensive. So we’re talking about $90B to get you going. Seems fun.
In Europe, costs might be 40% lower, but I don’t think there are nearly as many unemployed highly qualified European devs right now.
In India, costs are 90 - 95% lower, but you’ll just be a small fish compared to the Indian IT and consultancies with your measly 100k employees.
