Back in the 90’s, I rented out a couple of rooms to friends. Another friend owned the house across the street, and he rented out to a few friends too, but for some reason my house was where we all would hang.

Often I would get home from work to find one neighbor in particular hanging out, playing the original PlayStation, and enjoying a beer or two.

He was our Kramer.
