How do you keep tilt and turn windows fully open without slamming shut at the slightest breeze?

I can't find anything online. They are inward facing.
Please help my flat is so warm, I think my dog might melt

A wedge
Something like this
You can buy restrictors but they need screwing to the window so may be less appropriate if you rent

I wedge an old hoover nozzle in mine. Just happens to fit perfectly, right above the lock mechanism half way, so it doesn't slide or fall out. the rest of the time it sits on the window sill.
Narrow bit goes through the gap, fat bit can't fall through.

How big is the gap between the window and the wall? Can of deodorant was the trick to keeping fire doors open in uni halls, something similar might work.
