ULPT: Park anywhere you want with the Unlimited Parking Pass, payable in installments

You can park anywhere and for as long as you want (Red zones, loading, 15 minute etc.) if you just pay the parking tickets and fines as you get them. Depending on where you live it may be surprisingly cheaper than you'd expect.

For me that would be far more expensive than paying for parking. I think it's minimum $80 for a ticket.

Congratulations. This is the worst idea I've heard in the last week.

It would have been the worst idea this year, but I've heard some really terrible other ideas in that timeframe.

In my area No Stopping, No Standing, Fire routes tickets are $150. Handicapped spaces are $450. Loading zones are $75.

It is a very complicated pay structure though, with different parking spaces having vastly different prices, and different lilelyhood of having to make a payment that day. You also.may not be able retrieve the car where you parked it.

You could park in a intersection, with very steep pricing, and a mandatory trip to the tow yard for any parking over 5 minutes or so, where I live.
