ULPT Request: Dealership is f-ing me over, help me get justice

This should be the most straightforward process, but the dealership I bought a new car from a few years ago cannot get it's shit together for the 10 minutes it would take to send over my car's sales contract.
I've had 3 fuckholes tell me they will take care of it. Expedite it even, and every time I call the goddamn dealership I get a new fucktard to deal with who will "call me back same day"
I need this contract yesterday, I'm already out of state across the country and without it I can't register my car.
How to let this dealership take heat for their blatant disregard for being decent humans? I want to be as petty as it gets. Thanks in advance.

Tell them if there's no sales contract you never owed them a single red cent and you want all payments wired back within 24 business hours.

Gotta send them a physical mail, with a piss disc inside, alingwith the letter demand too, ofc.
WantonWord@reddit
Just make sure the letter is in a ziplock bag, to prevent piss disc damage!

Ahah further proof piss discs are always the answer

At this point, you've got a few options. Tell the lender these people are being shady (lender doesn't like that), tell corporate they're being shady (if a branded Toyota, Ford dealership etc).
Nuclear option is looping that state's AG in on the conversation, but ideally, you should pursue all 3 branches of this. One of those 3 will not fuck around.
If for some reason, your dealership is independent and also the lender, and you bought in a state without strong consumer protection laws, this is not the end. but at that point, you need the legal advice sub.
If you've got an envelope from them that states "postage paid for by (insert company name here", or they send their statements via mail, you may be able to send them a box of rocks or two. With your letter of demand. Hopefully then they'll get the hint.

Ask if they can get on it or should you have your lawyer contact them.

Did they provide a copy at the time of sale?
They are only required to file contracts for a certain amount of time and rarely house dated documents they don’t need, so it could have been destroyed.
Maybe they emailed it to you at that time, I dunno I work in auto finance, for commercial leasing, and we provide everything at the time of the deal and house the documents for the statute requirements and clear them out due to server space and our operating systems capability to function.
You might think it’s a simple click click, but they aren’t required to provide anything beyond what they did at the point of sale.
I say a couple of bad google reviews would get their ass in gear, but I’m not aware of the entire situation, just what youve told us.

Required to keep available for 7 years, I assume it hasn't been that long for op

Then I feel like we are missing some information and I don’t know about the privacy laws, but they feel like they don’t just email contracts out to people who call in demanding the paperwork they should have kept…. I dunno, I have the receipts and contracts of every major purchase or agreement from the last ten years or so.
I’m also not familiar with the regional registration requirements, but once it is registered to you, can’t you just show up with that registration, your id, and an inspection and they can transfer it?
I’m in Canada with strict privacy laws, but that’s how we manage the out of province registrations, never need to produce the purchase contract/ BOS.
Something isn’t adding up

If there's no contract then you don't owe payments to the car. Free car then!

You might want to check with the lender if it’s not the dealership.
