Is this possible

I’m not entirely sure if this is the correct subreddit to post this in but I need to get this out. I want to enroll in a flight school and get my licenses and private pilots license before graduating high school. Once that is achieved I would want to go to Purdue to finish off by getting the instrument rating and commercial license and hopefully get a job at an airline. Is this feasible or is there another path I can take to become a pilot one day. P.S money isn’t a problem.

This is definitely a feasible way if you want to get a degree as a back up out of it.
Also Purdue is a great school / environment, and going there would allow to switch to an Engineering or Computer Science Major if you have a change of heart.

Money is the number one barrier. If you’re good with that; you’re good to go.

you have it good if money is no problem

You’ll come out of Purdue with 200-250 hours. You will need another 1250 more before you’ll even be considered for regionals (and that number is looking to be higher than that at the moment ). If money isn’t a problem, then after your cpl, get a few type ratings in some jets and build up some hours in twin engine jets as that time would be even more valuable. Hey, if your family has a need for a 737/bbj - then get that type rating as it’s definitely worth something. All potentially tic….

Well you got it out
And if money is no problem
Why are you on Reddit instead of the airport?

If money is no issue, then skip all the college crap, rent an airplane, hire an instructor and get all of your ratings way cheaper.
You have to be 17 to get PPL so assuming you’ve not skipped a grade, that shouldn’t be an issue before graduation.
