PSI crash after ppl exam

anyone ever gotten this message after ppl written/ how long did it take to get our results?

TAKE EXAMTHE IP ADDRESS (73.225.216.37) FOR THE COMPUTER YOU ARE USING IS NOT KNOWN TO BE AT AN APPROVED TEST CENTER. IN ORDER TO TAKE THE EXAM, YOU MUST BE AT THE TEST CENTER WHERE YOU ARE SCHEDULED. YOU CAN PERFORM OTHER ACTIONS, HOWEVER, SUCH AS SELECTING YOUR TESTS AND SCHEDULING THE TEST SESSION, FROM ANY COMPUTER. IF YOU HAVE SCHEDULED YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THE APPOINTMENT DETAILS ARE DISPLAYED BELOW, YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL. Your test center needs to get PSI on the phone and fix the situation.

They also need to reach out to their Internet provider and get a static IP address, they're fairly cheap.

My test errored out when I submitted but the results did go through. PSI has some pretty trash software but then again, the FAA just saw $$$ and picked the one with the most of them.

Happens all the time. You can usually get your results on the PSI website the next day.

I had it on both my private 13 years ago and my instrument 2 years ago.

I am a PSI Proctor. I have had an IP addresses change on the computers we were using and it would not let us start the tests at all. Almost sounds like the IP address changed.

There are other reported issues at the moment that there might be a delay in the test results from being ready for around 10 minutes. I have not had this issue and do not know if it correlates with the message you got.

Your Proctor should be able to call PSI and get it sorted out.
