Opinions about my pc build

Hi to all. I plan to buy a new pc for 4k video editing work, I work mostly in Adobe premiere but also some light work in After Effects and DaVinci. I don't want to use proxies for smaller projects. For multicam I can use proxies if Needed. I'm not a pro at pc building, but I know that premiere mostly needs a good CPU and more RAM, GPU is more needed for the effects and rendering/export.
Here is what I'm considering to buy: CPU: Intel i9-14900k Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B760-I Gaming wifi RAM: Kingston 64GB 6000mhz CL36 GPU:Asus Prime RTX 5060 Ti 16GB SSD:Samsung 2TB SSD 990 EVO PLUS M2 PSU:Cooler Master G700 gold Cooler:Game Max Gamma 90 Black Cpu Cooler Gold CASE:Game max Infinity Black Case
Just for a refference, here is my current pc which Is not enough for my work: CPU Intel i7-9700 Motherboard Gigabyte z390 Gaming x Ram 32Gb Ram Kingston 3200mhz GPU Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1050ti 4gb
My questions are, is the pc build above good enough for my work. Can I cut down something to reduce price, maybe the 8Gb version of the GPU is enough or Intel i7 14700k is okay for my job? Is it important for my motherboard to have PCIE 5 to benefit the PCIE 5 connection of the graphics card or ir doesn't make much of a difference if I use pcie 4?
