What is the best online retailer to buy the best quality state flags?

Like where do the government buildings buy their flags from? I don't want to buy a flag from China, I want the highest quality state flag I can buy. I'm hoping to buy a current 2025 Maine State Flag, just for reference. Tagged this as art, because a state flag is art.

"Only top quality products are stocked, most made in America." Wish this wasn't in their "about" page. I don't want to pay double the price of Amazon for just another Chinese made state flag. The Maine State flag page also mentions nowhere that it is made in the USA, so that makes me assume that it is not.
