How to hardwire dashcam?

I'm installing a dash cam on my 2016 RDX, but I'm messing something up when installing the hardwire kit. Using fuse 23 and 31(for constant) but not getting any power. Did I use the wrong fuses? Installing a redtiger dashcam and using their hardwire kit too.

Check with your multimeter you might be unlucky and have a faulty wiring kit on the slim chance, better to rule that out.

I'll take a second look. I tested the wire I plugged into the fuse box, and was getting a current. But the adapter didn't light up when connected.
