What topics should I cover in my “emergency knowledge binder”?

I want to build a binder full of printed survival information incase of an outage. What topics should be in it? Open to any links you may have to share too.

In no particular order:

Inventory management, to include expiration dates, locations, quantities, consumption rates,e tc.
Phone numbers, addresses, and turn-by-turn directions with mileage.
Appliance manuals and parts numbers, plus maintenance / repair guides and tips.
Recipes for meals using your LTS food
Gardening information, including planting times, soil temperatures, known blights/bugs and treatment options, harvest times, soil management techniques, etc.
A few years of monthly calendars. If you fit 2 months per page and put them in back to back in page protectors, it's 3 pages per year.
'How To' guides of your choice. I wrote and printed some electrical wiring guides, some plumbing guides, some information about my generator, and so on.

I also keep physical books like the Ball Blue Book, various books by Abigail Gehring, some permaculture books, some homesteading books, some gardening books, etc. Not everything needs to go into a binder. Consider having sections in the binder that reference particular books or particular sections of books for greater detail.
