hi. i would like to build a pc for light browsing, monitor future derivative, zoom meeting, screen recording, some dota 2 and skyrim, at 1080p. after gathering information from websites and youtube, i come up with this specification . i would like to know whether it is fairly balance or i would be overspend at some parts. thank you . btw, i have not decided which gpu to go but i have in mind 4060 ti or 4070 ti.

If you are happy with playing at 1080p, the config you specified and the gpus would technically be fine. I would say go for the 4070 TI to give you some bandwidth.
However, the post above re: picking a current gen gpu is a fair point re: latest and greatest. From my perspective, it is what you are looking for and if 1080p and the other things you specify you would use it for, those gpus would be somewhat future proof if your desire shifts.

thank you for your reply. yes, I'm no that fussy about how good the graphic could be. as long as it is able to play and work smoothly, all is good.

The Nvidia 40 series has been out of production for months now. You should be looking at the 50 series or Radeon RX 9000 series.
