ULPT Request: The ever popular apartment application

Howdy y’all. After a life reset at 32 I’m starting to rebuild my life from scratch, however an eviction last year is preventing me getting in to most places. I’m currently in a weekly rental situation that isn’t the worst but I’m really trying to not have roommates. I’m going to a showing tomorrow and if no cool ideas pop up I’m just going to run the application and see what happens, I figure the worst they say is no and I’m out $50.
Does anyone have any good idea for faking a rental application? Right now my income is the only thing that’s solid. TIA

In my state LL doesn't need social to see the eviction. There is a statewide judicial website that has everyone's court cases ever brought to the system. It's free and all you need is a name and one other piece of info like the county.

Depends on where you're going to rent. If it's a big place, they'll run your social and find the eviction. Not much you can do about that. You can always try and bribe the leasing manager.

Landlord references are always done over the phone, and rental contracts with private landlords wouldn't be more than a printer and a signature. Neither of these are cross checked or verified with anywhere else. Just saying
