Hilarious. Best laugh I’ve had today. Actual job description had stuff like “expert level customer service skills” but no actual high level stuff.

Architect is a sales job in A LOT of places. You are the "architect" on the sense of: you know the software/stack/infrastructure of the place just enough to architect a client solution and convince them to buy.
It is standard, in these cases, customer skills.
