Do you all have a flooded camera roll with photos of Hobbs before and after?
I can’t be the only one lol.
cez801@reddit
That and photos of the ground with wing struts - about 92.5%
canadianbroncos@reddit
It used to be that, but now its fuel slips and fbo receipts lol
BeenThereDoneThat65@reddit
FMS OOOI and Fuel and sometimes the Post flight page on the MFD.
Every damn leg
JSTootell@reddit
I delete them.
dbhyslop@reddit
I always keep them until the club’s next billing cycle at the beginning of the month in case there’s a discrepancy.
That’s when I forget to delete them.
Random61504@reddit
Same. There might be one or two photos that I forgot to delete, but if I missed any and find them later, straight to the trash. No idea why you'd keep them.
DatSexyDude@reddit
My camera roll is 50% pics of my car in the employee lot.
mdb_4633@reddit
My camera role is also 50% pictures of your car
DatSexyDude@reddit
The other 75% of my camera roll is pics of yo momma. She’s so big I had to buy extra storage.

With the sign marking its location in the background?
DatSexyDude@reddit
Of course! And a pic of what bus stop.
k12pcb@reddit
Nope, I fill out the log, in and out
OnToNextStage@reddit
I delete them after the flight

Also curious how you all track your hours? LogTen?
ljthefa@reddit
I use Safelog but got it when you could buy a lifetime subscription
aeromonkee@reddit
ForeFlight.
8349932@reddit
Paper logbook, with foreflight logbook for redundancy/auditing. Plus foreflight is great at tracking progress toward reqs for checkrides.
Jhorn_fight@reddit
Logbook, firefight, and pictures of my log book
Royal-Being1822@reddit (OP)
Would you use a logbook that tracks your hours from your before and after jobs pics?
Mean-Summer1307@reddit
My logbook and my ForeFlight log book
UNDR08@reddit
You know, You can delete them… right?
Horror-River-3861@reddit
Who in the world has time for that
flyingron@reddit
None. The only picture I took of the panel recently is this airspeed bug I picked up coming home from Oshkosh last time:

I have 230 hours, why do you guys take pics of hobbs? I have a pic of every page in my log book though.
PutOptions@reddit
Lol. Yeah but I do manage to clean them up after a bit.
Admirable-Pie3869@reddit
I feel targeted.
3Green1974@reddit
Very few. I try to delete them once I’ve put it in the log.
Mehere_64@reddit
None. I start my plane, start my stop watch app on my phone. Then I enter my time into my log book. That is how I was taught by my cfi to do it.
8349932@reddit
I add the plane's logbook pic to foreflight logbook and delete
the_doctor_808@reddit
None. My school has us write it down on the dispatch sheet before and after.
Purgent@reddit
None because I use a kitchen timer for timing / switching tanks in my airplane, and I always know exactly how long engine was on.
RevolutionaryRun7744@reddit
You are not the only one :D Time to trim the camera roll.
compulsive_drooler@reddit
No idea of why you would need to take a picture of them.
hzjohn@reddit
Why take pictures, do you need them as proof? I just write it down or check ForeFlight timeline
Neither-Way-4889@reddit
I just write em down
NastyWideOuts@reddit
Too many
80KnotsV1Rotate@reddit
Not a single one.
