My landlord is evicting us as he wants to do a renovation, 1 month before our lease is up, We are going to take them to tenancy, but it would take 2-3 months to get our money.

I need to get emergency funds, would university help me?

I have heard someone got denied for a similar reason, what some other reason could I state where I do not have to provide much documentation.
