Removing the rack in the back.

I bought this bike on Saturday. It’s an Aima Big Sur sport. I’d like to remove the rack to get rid of weight and parts I don’t need. Removing the rack is simple but the tail light it’s. Does anyone have an easy bracket or clamp that they’ve used to secure the brake light to the fender maybe?

why do you care about weight on fat tire ebike?

I don’t like the rack. It look a like an accessory an old grandma would have on it.

Throw some panniers over that rear rack you'll love the storage

Honestly! I should have gotten the Aima Big Sur instead of the Qiolor Tiger 35AH RE. I had to pay $200 plus $139 just to complete the rear rack. Meanwhile Aima has them already assembled included with the bike.

Hate that when that happens, been there with my bikes too

You have to unplug the cable from the controller. If you don't want to do that. Unplug the light and zip tie the cable to the frame of the bike.

Swap the seat before you focus on the rear rack lol. It is less weight (and more utility) than you think!
