I just listened to the Battlestar Galacticast from Tricia Helfer and she told the story that Edward James Olmos almost didn’t agree to cast Lucy because he thought she was too typecast and could not bring what was needed. After the first hour he apologized and couldn’t be more full of praise about here. ❤️

For real. I'm trying to build muscle, and balancing my meals with more protein to help muscle growth is rough. Not just in the eating, but in the calculations. Makes me feel like a mad scientist. LOL!
