Is this a good PC for BIM?

From what I understand, intel would be better, but I have opted for the 7950X for now because I have experience with the AM5 platform and the BIOS nuances, while I'm not with the intel. Also I'm pretty sure Intel is pretty bad in power usage, not sure about on how it fares in performance.
Also, I'm pretty unsure on the GPU. I'm a bit uninformed on the most recent GPUs, but from what I gathered, this 5070 for 620€ ain't a bad deal
Anything you would change or advise for or against? I'm all ears
