Do you have a budget of any sort? Also, what does your usage with the PC look like?

The budget would be a maximum of 1100 euros (and according to current Amazon prices I'm within that). I would mainly use it for gaming and making music or other things.

Does the budget include all the peripherals and monitor or are those separate from the original budget?

i would choose ryzen 5 7500f compare to 8400f.well heck if you can afford 7600 it would be better.i dont how much budget you have.but i would say,if you can change the ram too.get the one 6000mhz with cl 30 or close to cl 30.and swap the monitor 4060 is not really good for 2k,swap to 1080p.it will be much cheaper.

Would the rx 7600 be more convenient? I saw that the 4060 should be slightly better in terms of performance.

What is this PC for? It's hard to give advice or feedback without knowing what you want to do with it. Also, if you enter your parts into a build list here: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/ and post a link to it (preferably by editing your post) that will also help us to give advice, and help you to compare prices across several online retailers.
It's hard to say whether Prime Day will see a lot of PC component discounts, though it's certainly possible. There could be a few items with big discounts but they'll probably sell out fast.
DDR5-6000 CL30 is generally the go-to price/performance spec for AM5 CPUs, though if a kit of CL36 is considerably (15-20% or more) cheaper then it can be worth going with that instead.

it would be mainly for gaming, but also for making music and other things. I'll edit the post with the link now
