First PC Build -- Any tips or comments on my planned build?

For reference, here's a link to my pcpartpicker setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sJZtYd
So this Fall I want to build my first PC because my current one is a 10 year old dust monster (although it works, it blue screens a lot) -- so I started looking into building my own PC.
This is my first time doing things so the build is most likely not optimal, but here's what I'm looking at getting. I'll explain what I'm using it for right after:

Note: The links are not what I'll actually be buying. The actual cost looks something like this + I'll try to get some used parts to hopefully lower the final cost:
Here's what I plan on using it for:
I mainly use my PC to play games. Here are some of the games I'll be playing:
- minecraft, starcraft ii, league, valorant, marvel rivals, lethal company, once human... Nothing too crazy
I also do a lot of software dev / fullstack dev + LLM / AI stuff -- but I doubt my models would be that big. I'll also be editing but that's not exactly a vram heavy task... unless i use adobe AE (but i dont so i think it should be fine).
I know I will definitely use sesame.ai voice model which takes up apparently only 4GB of vram so I should be fine.
Most of the games I'm playing also won't use up to 8GB of vram and I can always add more ram whenever I want.
I'm using AM4 over AM5 because I'm a brokie university student lol and I don't want a crazy rig. I just want something usable and stable.
Let me know what you think!
I'd love to know what you might swap out and why. Also feel free to share any methods you would use to find cheaper used parts. Merci buckets.

I would never ever recommend the 5060 8gb version to anyone. It’s simply not worth it. If you want to keep this pc for a decent amount of time, spend the extra $$ on the 16gb. 9060xt 16gb is also a good option if your open to amd around that price, might be worth to check out

That's not how vram works...
