I want to do at least 1440p gaming 4k if possible. Dont realy care for super high fps as i mainly play single player games. If there is any way to make this build cheaper or you have any advice i would like to know.

So
I dont know the exact prices and specs of all of these. Or your budget.
But the monitor is very out of line compared to the rest. I dont think a 4k 160fps monitor aligns with your needs at all. Pick a decent 1440p monitor with 120-144fps refresh. Then either spare that money or invest into better parts because you will not have good times with the current GPU choice even in 1440p if you plam to play with new games.

yes i get what your saying i was thinking in case i upgrade and i might be able to wacht movies in 4k but it might be a bit overkill
Here are the prices if your curious:

I think at 27" one would be hardpressed to see the difference between 1440p and 4k. Plus 4k is a horrible performance hog. I do not recommend it with the current spec.
If you can get a good deal maybe consider the Intel Arc B580. Not sure if its still better for gaming while being a bit cheaper but its worth a look.
Also 8400f is not a great CPU try to get something from the 600 if possible. Maybe turn some of the monitor money into a better CPU.

With a 7600XT at 4K, don't worry, you won't be getting super high FPS. On a 27 inch monitor you would be fine at 1440p anyway, 4K doesn't really start to confer visual benefits until you're in the 32+ inch range in my experience, especially in games that involve any sort of movement.
That is one of the slowest AM5 CPUs. Go for a 7400F/7500F/7600 instead.

thank you the idea of 4k sounded nice but i wil do 1440p.
