To be entirely honest, the Lancool 207 already has phenomenal airflow, you would be adding extra fans for a very minimal cooling increase. (source: I have the case)

Thanks for the tip, what about if I want to make the build look nice though, i feel like a back fan just makes everything look cool ngl (:

Nothing wrong with looking cool. I have the white 207 and I bought braided white power cable extensions. Does it do anything useful? No. Does it make the case look cooler? Hell yeah.
A rear exhaust with ARGBs will help light the upper rear quadrant since your heatsink will block the LED light from the front of the case. You'll only need a single 120mm fan for the back.

If you're looking for "cool", I'd recommend a Lian Li Infinity LCD fan in the back. The center hub of the fan is an LCD that can display GIFs, jpegs, CPU data (such as temperatures, available RAM, etc) and more. You can see how they look on my PC at the link below:

You can definitely add a back fan if you like the aesthetic. Either just grab one that matches the other fans or pick one you think looks nice.

One on the back for exhaust couldn't hurt, but yeah, no need to fill all the available fan mounts.

Ok, so putting 2-3 up top would be overkill, got it. What fan would you recommend for the back though?

If you don't need LEDs, Noctua fans are great.
