First time building a PC. Give me your opinions!

This would be my first ever build. I will use it primarily for gaming at 1080p & 1440p, ideally at max graphical settings. Budget is $2000.
Would love opinions on:
- Would these components be able to keep up with games for the next 5ish years? I'd be fine with cutting down on graphical settings as long as frame rates would stay >60 fps.
- Cooling. With the Asus Prime AP201, I aim on using the pre-installed rear fan as exhaust, the 3 Arctic P12 120mm fans as exhaust on top, with the pre-installed GPU fans acting as my sole intake at the bottom of the case. With the mesh case, do you think this setup provides sufficient cooling?
- Are the pre-installed GPU fans sufficient or would you recommend them being replaced?
- Dust. My apartment can get dusty at times. Are there any accessories you'd recommend I get to prevent dust in the case?
- Monitor. I already have a 1080p monitor but plan on getting a 1440p after the build is complete. Any suggestions of monitors that have good value?
- Anything else. Happy to hear any other opinions. If you have links that'd be helpful for a first-time PC builder, please share!

A lot of overpriced components in your list.
I would go with something like this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yfFzwY
Drop down to the 7800x3d, its only like 8% slower and costs $100 less.
Super overpriced motherboard.
Ram is good
ssd is good
For the gpu the 9070 xt is a really good choice. I would maybe consider the RX 9070 non XT though, its $150 cheaper and is only 7-9% slower on average in 1440p, so much better value. Still has all of the same features as the 9070 XT. if you would rather go with the XT it's fine though.
Went for a different case, the one you chose is fine, I personally like the Lian Li one better.
INSANELY overpriced PSU, the one I picked is really reliable and well built.
I would STRONGLY suggest splurging on a 1440p high refresh rate QD-OLED monitor like the one I put in the list. your monitor is just as important as any component in your build.
for some of you questions:
You should definitely be able to get around 5 years out of this system.
An airflow configuration like you described will work alright.
the pre-installed GPU fans are more than sufficient, don't touch them.
For dust, most cases now a days come with dust filters that are pretty easy to clean.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

I was going back and forth between the 9070XT and non-XT. Probably will stick with the XT just to make fun of my brother who got the non-XT (Petty, I know). Same thing with the 7800x3d vs 9800x3d. Since I'm not really rushing to buy components at the moment, I'm staying hopeful that the 9800x3d will go on a big sale soon.
That Lian Li case with the wood front panel looks so good! I'm very tempted to switch to it.
Good call on the overpriced Corsair PSU. I'm definitely switching to the Montech (plus, it's rated A- on this PSU Tier List, which is good enough for me).
Many thanks for all your thoughts. I appreciate it!

All good points, thanks! Regarding #2, it looks like I can install two fans on the front panel and will likely do that for intake. Also, on #6, the 9070xt should fit based on other builds I've seen on reddit (e.g., https://www.reddit.com/r/mffpc/comments/1k4bohk/9070_xt_sapphire_nitro_in_an_asus_prime_ap201/), but thanks for the heads up; I'll double check it.

You can run Cyberpunk at high/max settings in 4k with that rig, maybe get around 60-70 fps.
