My PC has very low FPS in Valorant.

Today after upgrading my PC I wanted to play Valorant because my previous processor was very old, when I open it it gets stuck a lot, there are audio cuts and when I open the store it drops down to 0 fps and stays like that for like 4 seconds, it takes a long time to load some things in the game, etc.
I have a Ryzen 7 5700g
24 gb ram, 16 and 8
The drivers are the most recent (31.0.21923.1000)
I have a SSD 240gb with 75gb free
i dont know if i need to say something more.
Pls help me fix it

reinstall windows is the only solution, since HAL(hardware abstraction layer) is from your previous build. Make sure to install chipset drivers, and I recommend buying 16gb kit(8+8), or 32gb(16+16) kit. depends on ur needs ofc, since using 2 different ram is not a really good idea.(judging by ur 16+8, they are def not a kit)

do you know if i reinstall windows the license is still in the pc? I had 16 GB of RAM before, but the technician told me it wasn't enough because there was only 500 MB left.

if its an OEM key and you install the corresponding windows version, it will activate itself. OEM keys are tied to motherboard, so if you change it, you need to buy another key, just in case saying this

you'll have to find out urself if its tied to your motherboard, or microsoft account(if its digital key), you can try using showkeyplus from ms store

yes is a OEM key, ok i didnt know where was the OEM key stored, i buy the key put the numbers and thats all, i dont know if you can guess if the key is in my motherboard with this

just go to activation section in settings, it will tell you. Or use showkeyplus

That issue related to Alt-tab is related to mpo which I also mentioned in the guide.
Close background apps before playing for best performance. Don't use these browsers as well.

maybe reinstall windows. might have some remnants from your old CPU causing problems.

The technician who installed the processor recommended that I format the PC.

Yeah, basically same thing

ok tysm

If you haven't reinstalled windows for this upgrade, definitely do so. I also recommend buying a ram kit instead of using two different RAM sticks, their clock speeds may be different and the PC itself could have problems storing memory, thus leading to these freezes

yes i need to buy another ram, anyways both have 3200mhz but i dont know the latency of the 8gb ram.
