Too bad IQ test is only meant to measure intelligence assimilated at early ages. Also, there is no such thing as common sense. It may have seemed like it existed, but it was only the result of everybody growing up the same way on some kind of farm, which incidentally, was much worse for humanity than hunting and gathering was. You'd need a test/simulation where a person must prove through their actions and behavior that the person is a people person, exercises good judgment, and is compassionate on a long term basis. Making someone accrue experience in a volunteer position may be a good approach.
