Stuck here trying to boot from USB

As in title, I’m trying to boot from a usb and getting stuck here on this first screen after the Try/Install option, the loading icon isn’t spinning
It’s a new usb drive, just pulled it out of the pack it came in and downloaded the iso, I’m trying to setup my pc for dual boot, keeping windows for games

When you first start the computer and select Ubuntu from your boot devices another menu should display briefly. Try selecting ‘safe mode’ there and see if it boots.

Not sure. Try booting again and see if it still happens.
What do you see when you press the
esckey? It should display some output that might indicate why it's frozen.Also, I suggest seeing if the same happens with another distro, such as Fedora.
