What crm do you guys use for your personal projects?

Hey folks, as the title says. What do you guys use for a waitlist or a CRM system when you're building a side saas or a project?
Historically, I've used Hubspot but their forms are ugly, and there doesn't really seem to be a good solution for this. Tally is an option but it isn't really a CRM just a pretty form builder

hey! i work at tally, totally fair take, we’re not a full CRM, but a lot of folks use us as the front door and then connect to Airtable or Notion to manage everything else. we work really well with Airtable in particular, waitlists, user onboarding, tagging, notes, all that.
not a hubspot replacement, but if you just want something fast, clean, and not overkill for a solo/side project, it does the job pretty nicely.
curious what others are using too — always down to see cool lightweight CRM setups.

I track orders and clients in Excel. I see no benefit to using a fully-fledged CRM system in a one-man shop.

I setup a mailing list and nobody has signed up so I'm all good.
