Which fireworks today (7/4/2025) would be the least hassle to get to?

I was thinking about going to either Grapevine or Flower Mound. Unsure if Fair Park is worth the $20 parking.

Drive towards fair park and just dead stop on the highway like everyone else. It’s the Dallas way.

Honestly, why celebrate our country right now?

Would you be happier living in a 3rd World Country or one at war?
pamalamTX@reddit
Who are you fooling. We ARE at war. We have BEEN at war.
And no, I just dont want to be anywhere right now, if u get my drift. I have less rights then I did when I was born. And if the pre existing conditions clause gets taken away, I'm as good as dead anyway. But yeah, yay America.
And dont come at me with dumb whataboutisms. You sound like the national enquirer news, aka Fox.

We are at war? Last time I checked, we weren’t being bombed on our own soil.

God, go back in your hole.

Thats not what the post is about. They just wanted sole advice on where to enjoy some fireworks, not individual accounts on ho this country screwed them over.

Fair enough

This place is free its actually really fun too - doors open at 5pm but i would NOT recommend getting there after 6pm because it will be impossible to find parking or to get in
Has 3 live concerts Food trucks And they do their own fireworks there so the view is 10/10
People usually take their wagon & chairs and umbrella & snacks and have like “a picnic “ there (:

What part of the metroplex do you live in? Almost every city has something so you may not have to drive far. There are parks next to FP that don’t charge for parking with a great view but you may need to get there earlier for a good spot.

I'm in south part of Irving

Lone Star Park has a big display and at lake grapevine. Arlington and Irving both have shows yesterday and today!

The Kaboom town firework at Addison airport we got very close, maybe 150 ft away, you may have to get to Lindbergh Drive at around 6PM to secure a better spot next year!
NetflixTacosChill@reddit
Lone Star Park is a good one that's usually easy to get in & out of. $20 to park in the lot but you can park at one of the businesses nearby just for fireworks.
