I think this sounds good and looks lovely. I might have instead opted to put most of the mint on the bottom to let the cream cheese hold it in place, and left a leaf for garnish purposes. How was it, though?

It actually didn't taste bad. Although the dill on the salmon, the mint, and the oregano in the onions were a little bit conflicting.
