Went to my friend’s parent’s BBQ. Having been vegan for a few years I knew that with some creativity, a vegan bbq can be pretty good. Was not expecting this…
The carrot is boiled btw.

I'd be starving after this meal. Is that lightly textured bean juice? The only acceptable thing here is the apple, but not after getting bean juice on it.

is it good? i'm not a vegan but i've got nothing against them, i feel like as long as it tastes good, you don't really -need- to eat meat at a BBQ.

Mehh the carrots should have grilled .. reminds me of going to my cousins house after my aunt passed .. they had all kind of meat .. luckily I eat before because I’m vegetarian.. cousin came out an hour later with a plain black bean burger on a roll .. rule of thumb , always eat or bring your own

Yeah smoked or grilled carrots are delicious. I like them with teriyaki. I’d rather just eat them raw than as a weird hotdog boiled mush lol
