RX 9070 XT driver's crashing

Ive had this issue recently where sometimes while in game (noteably cs2 and poe1), my game will freeze for a couple seconds and then adrenaline will pop up saying my driver's crashed. If I am streaming on discord, and the drivers crash, it will turn my monitor black, and i can hear everything on my desktop, but noone can hear me and I have to restart my computer. I have tried going from 25.6.1 drivers to 25.5.1 but the issue persists. I have also tried upgrading/downgrading my bios.

I Have:

X870E TOMAHAWK MAX

Gigabyte RX 9070 XT

RM1000E psu

*NOTE* The RM1000E PSU that I have only came with 2 dedicated pcie cables for the gpu, and one daisy chain cable. The gigabyte rx 9070 xt needs three 8 pins, so I am using the 2 dedicated and then one plug of the daisy chain as the third. I think this may be the issue but im not 100% sure.

Any thoughts? If it is the issue, what pcie cable should I buy online to get as a third dedicated cable? Does anyone run into this issue at all?
