Sail from New Bedford to Nantucket/Marthas Vineyard

Hello All,
I've been perusing old forum posts and concurrently my wife is planning a separate excursion with friends to Martha's Vineyard;and it got me thinking. I'm merely a common Day Sailor folk dreaming of sailing a bit further one day. What would it take for me to sail throughout the Cape Cod Islands. Is it even possible for me?
I've got a 21' Sea Pearl. From my initial research it was designed with island hopping in mind around South Florida and the Carribeans(?). I can pick up current charts/maps, a new GPS, etc.
Now I know the waters of South Boston are way different, but is it possible to sail my Sea Pearl, which doesn't have a centerboard, around to these islands if I were to meticulously plan it out? Thanks.

Make sure to be familiar with Woods Hole so you do not end up on the rocks. 🪨

Instead of shooting for the vineyard plan some shorter sails through the Elizabeth Islands.
If you're on a trailer instead of leaving from New Bedford, head out to hoppy's landing. They have a nice big parking area of boat ramp in a beach that they even cleaned up to accommodate beach cat lunches. It'll get you out a little closer to the islands.
I would assume you're going to be slower than what we did in beach cats but you could still check out some of the islands, and a lot of their beaches especially between the islands in like Quick's, Robinson's, or Wood's Hole.

If you phone has GPS, and it should, just get the AquaMap application and free download the official US Government charts.

There were different models made and the used boat I bought has the 2 Leeboards.

OK, I see that now.
I was looking at reviews of your boat. It seems very good. I am not familiar with Cape Cod and cannot respond to that part.
Good luck, check out AquaMaps.

Yes, of course.
