Does a mini ITX motherboard exist without any ugly gaming branding/tacky diagonal lines all over it?

I'm building a NAS. I like EVGA boards alright I guess, but their website only lists two boards currently, and neither are mini ITX.
I LOVE Asus workstation boards and the ProArt Creator line, but again none of those are mini ITX
I guess there are technically some that fit this description, but like the Gigabyte H610I, they expose so much raw circuitry that they end up looking just as bad as typical gaming boards

This problem can be solved by not looking at it or better yet, buying a case without a transparent window.

Why even care about aesthetics? Most NAS cases or cases suitable for NAS systems don't have side panels.

Pretty much
For a NAS OP should be looking at the mobos features and not their aesthetics
Number of SATA ports, M2 slots, ethernet speed, etc

There are even server mini ITX boards like https://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp?Model=X570D4I-2T

Ooo I don't mind that actually. I was eyeing this one as well: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DRTW765T
My only issue with both of these is that they don't have an IO shield :/

They do - just not integrated, but it is included in the box (silver rectangular piece)
