6000 cl 30 or 6000 cl 28 with first word timings of 10ns or less is ideal for AM5 CPUs. If you can find cheaper RAM that's nearly as good as this, then it'll be fine, peak RAM isn't that much better than good RAM.

Is 5200mhz and 40cl good ram? am I gonna lose like 10 fps or more

Why would you want such slow RAM? 6000mhz cl30 isn’t that much more expensive. But yes, you will lose performance

The lowest latency I can find in this one shop is cl32. 6400mhz 16gb 32cl for 85€,
5200mhz cl 40 is 60€. Is 25€ worth it? or 50€ since I will take two

Rule of thumb don't get any timing worst than cl36
