Which of these Amd cpu/mobo/ram combos to upgrade to?

Looking to upgrade my setup, built it a few years ago. Used to be decent but now it’s showing it’s age.
I definitely want to do more 3D modeling and have been working on some game projects in Unreal engine 5
Currently have a Ryzen 5 3600, b450 tomahawk max mobo, 16 Gb ram.
1080ti gpu but I’m probably going to upgrade to a 5070ti in the next 6 months.
Micro center had some decent looking cpu/mobo/ram deals going on right now.
Deal #1— $419.99 Ryzen 5 7600x3d, Asus b650 Rog strix, 32gb g skill ram
Deal #2– $459.99 Ryzen 7 9700x, gigabyte b650 Aorus, 32gb g skill ram
Deal #3– $529.99 Ryzen 7 7800x3d, Asus b650 Rog strix, 32gb g skill ram

What about the ram specs (speed/latency)? 32gb ram is zero context info.

That's fair honestly it's dumb branding

There's no reason to get the upgraded motherboard in any of the combos the base one is perfectly fine
Since you're working on 3d modelling and unreal engine projects you're one of the people going for more cores could make sense for. You should really be considering between the 7800x3d combo and the 9900x combo. If your intense work is mostly gamedev, the 9900x, if you're mostly building a gaming pc the 7800x3d.

Aesthetics was the main reason I was looking at the upgraded boards. Something about the “Tuf” logo I just found it to be kind of cringy

7800x3d is no brainer
