Can someone tell me what is the article talking about? I couldn't comprehend it. It throws out so many seemly tech words that I have never heard of. And for the tech words I am familiar with, I still don't know what it is talking about.
When you do complicated stuff, you run into exotic issues with auxiliary tooling and even foundational tooling like the compiler.
