VGA Red light on for Gigabyte gaming X AX mobo

Is it normal for this motherboard to always display the red light? When I first finished building it, I never saw this light flash on. However, after setting up everything, including Windows and the drivers, this light remains on. I'm not sure if it's normal for this motherboard to do this or if there's something I should be concerned about.

Do you have a GpU? Is it installed properly? Do you have to HDMI/DP cable plugged into the motherboard or the GPU?

When I first booted and installed Windows/drivers, the red light never showed up. Only when I needed to restart my pc is when that the light popped up. I tried resetting and shutting down my pc and turning it back on, but the red light is still on. No issues when running games or anything related to my GPU, so genuinely confused. Forgot to mention I'm using a DisplayPort, idk if that has any correlation to this.

I just wanted to make sure you have a GPU because you didn't mention any components in your post. I also wanted to make sure you are your monitor plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard. It is a very common mistake.
Other than those I can think of anything.
