Keep in mind if any changes happen then it goes back to the Senate to vote on it, or amend it. If they amend it, then it goes back to the House for the same thing.
Basically the House and Senate must vote to approve the same bill each, with no changes in-between. Only then will it go to the president to sign or veto.

If they make one change to this bill, it has to start the process over. Don’t think that is going to happen, this is just political theater.
