They are all junk food so none are healthy, they are all loaded with chemicals.

Food is made of chemicals.

I think what is mean here are the sort of ingredients that you would not keep in your kitchen, and have been extensively processed.

Yeah, but what’s Reddit without a bit of pedantry?

Let me phrase that in a different way so you understand my point ... If i buy a big mac and leave it out on the table for the next 3+ years, it wont rot. If i bake a loaf of bread, it will rot and develop fungus after 1 week. How is this possible you ask? Because fast food aka junk food is made with chemicals you cant even pronounce.

> > > How is this possible you ask? Because fast food aka junk food is made with chemicals you cant even pronounce. it's more of a case of it's dry. without a decent level of moisture molds can't grow. a lot of those "experiments" were because they were in sealed enviroments, allow them normal UK airflow and they'll grow molds etc. and rot.

Even if thats the case, there is nothing remotely healthy about eating any junkfood... or do you think it forms part of a healthy diet with no health risks?

everything in moderation at the end of the day. 1 meal of junkfood per month will probably make someone happier than a month of perfect eating. let people have a little fun every now and again.

Some questions can easily be searched online in order to find an answer - including questions like "what should I see when visiting the UK?" or "what is the average salary of an X job?" or "what is living in Y like?" or "where can I buy X?" or "is Y product any good?" AskUK is unable to be your search engine and the answers to these questions are easily found using basic research and internet-skills. I usually get a grilled chicken wrap and get an extra salad with the reward points to pack it out a bit more .

Never heard of "Sam's chicken" before.

Think "chicken shop", but a chain. It's fine, nothing special.

Do you mean slim chicken?

The answer is neither, but your question is a bit vague. McDonald’s menu has ‘healthier’ items than others for example. I eat well, but I don’t deny myself the odd maccies or a few pints now and again. Moderation is key, cutting these things out doesn’t work. Just don’t eat it every day.

Who is Sam?

None and all of them are the answer. Making sensible choices is the answer. The actual answer probably a subway salad bowl.

I always get the shits eating from Sam’s. So for that reason alone I’m going to have to say McDonald’s

Always? One time shits would be enough to put me off

Subway is probably healthier of them all, followed by McDonald’s and Sam’s - both high in salt and oil.

I don't know. I don't know Sam. You'll have to introduce us. Chicken sounds healthier unless it's fried.

All of them publish nutritional information, have a look. Also if health is your concern the answer is probably 'neither'.
