You’ll definitely have lots of fun with it, all while losing your mind getting parts, because A: no one sells them anymore, B: it’s $300 from Studebaker international, or C: the old guy at the swap meets with all the Studebaker stuff isn’t around anymore.
Trust me, you will love it, but it will be a pain in the ass. I’m part of a Studebaker-loving family, and they are really unique cars, but… they are unique… cars.
See if you can join a local Studebaker drivers club near you. A lot of the guys in the drivers clubs have been into Studebakers for a long time, and have collected a good number of parts, or they know who to ask. I would say that would be your best bet for resources.
Hell yeah! I never see them on the road, even in the south where Aetostars managed to survive. But that is easily one of the prettiest designs of the 50s.

Yeah I kind of assumed that it'll be impossible to get some parts, do you have any good resources where I can get Studebaker parts and information

Such a beautiful car, I owned a yellow '53 and loved how it rode. You're bound to have a great time.

Gorgeous! Looks pretty solid, too. This is exactly the sort of car that I love to see if I go to a car show or something, nice save!
