I think if you ever feel the need to listen to ASMR on a very regular basis you should start contemplating take your own life. Not in the "oh dude you're so cringe rope yourself" way, but due to the fact that it's been over for you.

Seeking out comfort and praise in audios recorded by someone for the express purpose of making money shows that you are a sub 4, so there's practically no reason to live.

It's certainly at the very least an indicator of low self-esteem if you need to consistently seek out positive affirmation. The issue is these asmr videos do nothing to remedy that problem they instead encourage it as part of their profit strats.
