Ported barrel. So I’m not exactly sure what indicates this is ported but basically the gas is directed into the slide with nowhere for it to go. You have to have a ported slide with your barrel

The notch on the barrel block you can see in pic 1 is only machined into ported barrels to prevent retards from blowing their hands off. Regular barrels don’t have them so most Glock enthusiasts caught this “problem” right away.

I’ve had a 17C.3 for a while and mine doesn’t have the notch on the barrel. I was so confused
