Oh my God, waaant!!!!

How did you load the shotgun?
ShermanTeaPotter@reddit
I bet that latch on the side unlocks the shotgun barrel and you load it single
dr_xenon@reddit
I’m sure it does, but which way does it open?
Alex_Sinister@reddit
Iirc, you move the latch slightly away from you, and then turn everything that goes after it counterclockwise by 90 degrees.

Mausen twister.

You’ve seen Schraubendreher, now get ready for Schießendreher

You press the lever forward and pull downwards. The shotgun barrel rotates around the rifle barrel with the breech opening on the right side. The lever also controls the extractor.

Reminds me of The Order: 1886.

Same.

Ian should cover this
inserttext1@reddit
He did, if not this exact gun he covered this style of combination weapon before (Mauser with under barrel shotgun)

I kinda want one

Holy shit. This has so many interesting implications. Like a underbarrel shotgun in a ww1/2 setting in CoD, or a combined hunting rifle (i know that's not practical). Very cool find.

I assume that's exactly what it is. You have your 8mm for deer or whatever and the shotgun is in case you see a grouse or pheasant or something.

This was already posted a month ago. Are you LoretiTV or something?

As my folk would say…: „Das ist ja der Oberhammer!“
