First time builder Gpu help

first time building a pc for 1080p gaming, streaming, and light video editing. 850$ budget, but could go up to 1000$. I'm not from the US
I did some research / looked at suggestions, and I came up with this build:
ZALMAN Z10 Black (77$)
MSi B650 Gaming Plus Wifi (144$)
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 OEM (162$)
Thermalright Assassin Spirit 120 EVO RGB (19$)
32GB ddr5 5600 CL36 Kingston fury beast (98$)
AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT Gigabyte 16gb OC (360$)
1Tb crucial P3 Plus (65$)
750W Gigabyte GP-P750GM 80 plus gold (90$)
I don't know shit about what is a good/bad part for its respective price. I just followed advice from people on reddit
I was suggested an Intel Arc B580 12Gb (266$) which seems to perform at around the same level as 7600 XT. I also seen people say that the 7000 series will die in a few years, because of the lack of fsr4 support, and that I should opt for 9060XT 16gb (622$), which is out of my budget
for reference a 4060 costs 310$ for me, so it may be a good deal
I don't like intel, because of my beginner "intel gpus suck" mindset, but I might be wrong
I don't know shit about price/performance, that's why I'm here

Does a 4070 / 4070 ti fit the budget?
Amd is great for gaming and certain productivity
Nvidia is the better choice for anything productivity based. So it comes down to how light is light video editing

4070 gigabyte OC 12gb is 558$, 4070 ti only comes in ti super, as gigabyte eagle OC 16gb for 900$
video editing is super minor, 1080p 60 fps 30-60 second videos. basically non-existent
ram, either ADATA XPG Lancer Blade RGB black, (2x16gb) 6000/30 for 122$
or Kingston fury 6000/30 122$. same shit, just no rgb and I think a more reliable brand

Stick with current GPU swap out ram ADATA or Kingston, take your pick

thank you so much for your advice, I will stick to 7600 for now.
is my power supply alright? some reviews say it stops working after 1,5 years, others say it works flawlessly. I can't really go any higher, for example Corsair RM750x is about twice as much

Mmm coolermaster psu?
Yeah the gigabyte one is iffy
