DisplayPort not working on RTX 5060 – tried everything, still no signal in Windows

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get DisplayPort working on my new PC with no success and could really use help. My setup includes an MSI RTX 5060, Intel i5-14400F, ASRock B760M-C motherboard (latest BIOS), and two monitors: a Samsung 1080p via HDMI (works fine) and an Acer Nitro KG241Y M3biip (1080p @ 180 Hz) via DisplayPort. The Acer works in BIOS and Safe Mode but goes black as soon as Windows loads the NVIDIA driver. It doesn’t appear in Display Settings or NVIDIA Control Panel. I’ve already tried multiple DisplayPort cables, including a VESA-certified Cable Matters 1.4 cable, used DDU for a clean install of the latest driver (v576.80), updated GPU VBIOS and motherboard BIOS, forced PCIe Gen 4, disabled Resizable BAR, and even tried using CRU to force 1080p @ 60 Hz. I also tested booting with only the Acer connected and hot-plugging after Windows boots—no luck. The monitor does detect when the cable is plugged in and displays BIOS, but Windows won’t send signal to it. Has anyone else run into this kind of issue with RTX 5060 cards? Is this possibly a firmware bug or EDID handshake problem? Any advice or fixes would be appreciated—this is the last thing holding up my dual monitor setup.
