Well, this was family-hour TV in the 80s and 90s; they didn't get very explicit. But I'm pretty sure it was implied in "Angel One," "The Game," "Conundrum," and the flashback in "Violations." That's off the top of my head; others may remember more episodes.

The most explicit they ever got was when Troi was explaining / demonstrating to Riker how to "eat a hot fudge sundae". I'm genuinely surprised that scene isn't on pornhub.
