I think that is the song title. But I haven't found any recording of it.

I've only heard it on the Dr. Demento show. And not since the late 80s.

I can't remember much of it, something about a encountering a gorilla in there. And I have no idea if it was one he wrote/sang, or someone else.

But he played it every week from the late 70s to when I stopped listening in 88. It was hilarious even when I was a teen.

It’s a country/hillbilly style song where some member of the Tucker Family goes around introducing all their kooky relatives. It starts off with ‘Welcome to the reunion of Tuckers’ and at one point introduces (iirc) Grandpa Tucker with something like ‘over yonder’s Grandpa Tucker, he’s a ‘ligious motherfucker…’
